The Blanc de Blanc is made only from white grapes. It has an enticing golden colour, tiny bubbles and delicate aromas. Aromas of fresh citrus are balanced with floral notes, and leading on to a rich pastry and brioche characters. It is toasty, complex and refreshing – a classic Blanc de Blancs.
