Add to favouritesThis is a beautiful, sparkling rose from Dopff and Irion, made from Pinot Noir grapes and fermented in the bottle just like Champagne.
Brilliant, salmon-pink, even bubbles, refined and abundant, persistent bead. Red and black berries on the nose, with wild strawberries, red currant, fresh thyme, discreet roasted notes, brioche and tarragon. Fresh through to the end and harmonious, the same notes as those expressed by the nose, and aromatic herbs (tarragon and sage).
