Dopff & Irion Cremant d’Alsace Brut

The result is a fine sparkling wine with light bubbles and sophisticated notes of apple, quince, fine herbs and discreet spices. On the palate, it is fresh, supple and refined with citrus notes and almond on the finish.

The body adds a subtle, textural yeasty backdrop while bubbles continue to froth, transporting more freshness against a mellow background.
