This is a versatile wine, pairing well with a great variety of dishes or enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
Pinot Grigio has only been recently introduced to Sicily and has produced an interesting and unique style of this popular grape variety. This wine comes from cooler, north-facing vineyards in the Trapani province.
